Coming from a family with a rich history of support for The Knox School, Brandon Persaud of Miller Place, New York is a student who has made a significant impact on the School’s community. Since his arrival in Middle School, Brandon has grown from a wide-eyed, enthusiastic boy to a driven, forward-thinking young man who will be entering the next phase of his academic journey at University of Michigan Ann Arbor studying Economics, Finance, and Sports Management.

Brandon is a student who loves his school. Throughout his years at Knox, Brandon has taken leadership roles in the National Honor Society, served on the Student Council, and played basketball on the varsity team for two years in a row. He excelled at all of these efforts while he continued to progress the vision of KB Operation Hope, a non-profit charity that he started as a boy with his older brother Kyle Persaud ‘18.

The Knox School is proud of the hard work and dedication that Brandon has shown over the years. His commitment to contributing to the fabric of The Knox School community,  in addition to his high academic achievement, is why Brandon was selected as Salutatorian, the second-highest honor for the Class of 2020.

Congratulations, Brandon, on your significant achievements. We wish you the best of luck and know that you will continue to thrive at Michigan State University in the coming years.
