Marketing Requests

  • Please allow sufficient lead-time: 1-2 weeks lead-time for any item requiring graphic design (more time may be necessary for larger jobs), 3-4 weeks for press releases or news media (pre-events that are open to the public - media outlets require time to organize a story), 48-72 hours for press releases or news media (post-event), and 24-48 hours for social media updates. *Your job will be prioritized accordingly.​​​​

  • In-house printing can be performed by your department, in the Advancement conference room. Please coordinate times with Karyn Bush to ensure that the copier is not in use. Karyn is also happy to show how to set up documents; however, this time should be pre-scheduled. The Advancement or Marketing office is not responsible for printing your job. Thank you​​​​.​​​​​
