Knox Performs at the Charles Dicken’s Festival

Knox Service Learning Club Provides a Heartfelt Service to the Community!

The Knox School’s Service Learning Club kicked off the holiday season while providing a heartfelt service to the community at the annual Port Jefferson Dicken‘s Festival!

Under the leadership of Mrs. Layton and through the tutelage of Performing Arts Representative Sasha Pace ’23, our students learned a series of holiday carols using American Sign Language. They then performed the songs both verbally and through sign language in the Dicken‘s Festival Parade and at various locations throughout Port Jefferson Village on the opening day of the Festival.
We thank our students and their advisor for their hard work in preparing for this event. We look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come!
