Library
The Mackinnon Study Center Library offers students an atmosphere that encourages and supports the academic goals of The Knox School. Library resources, both print and digital, are chosen according to the guidelines of the Library Mission Statement. Throughout the academic year, instructors will schedule classes in the library. This will enable time for the librarian and assistant librarian to direct students on the correct ways to conduct research. Students are also encouraged to utilize their free period for research and study. The library supports this in allowing students to study from books and digital resources, while also having time to discuss this research further with Ms. Bernat on an individual and as needed basis. In addition to the library's research collection, there is a large fiction and contemporary reading collection, so that students can pursue personal interests.
