The Knox School is located in St. James, New York, on Long Island’s scenic North Shore. The Knox School campus is readily accessible by rail (the Long Island Railroad), air (Kennedy, LaGuardia and LI Macarthur Airports), car (the Long Island Expressway/Northern State Parkway), and even by water (Port Jefferson-Bridgeport Ferry). Our campus, nestled atop a hill overlooking Long Island Sound, offers the best of many worlds. We are minutes from challenging hiking and biking trails and the beautiful beaches of the Long Island Sound.  We are also 90 minutes from the Hamptons, and one hour away from all the cultural benefits of New York City.
