How to Submit Your Deposit & Contract

Instructions for Completing Enrollment

Domestic Students

Step One: Sign your enrollment contract and mail it, along with you deposit check to the admissions office. Please address your envelop to the attention of the admissions office.

Step Two: Open up your Smart Tuition Account. All future invoices and charges will be paid through your Smart Tuition Account.

International Students

Step One: Sign and email your enrollment contract back to the admissions office. Please email all contracts to John Ettore, Director of Admissions, at jettore@knoxschool.org

Step Two: Open up your Smart Tuition Account

Two Options:

1. Complete the Smart Tuition Enrollment form and email it back to the admissions office to the attention of John Ettore, Director of Admissions, at jettore@knoxchool.org and we will open the account for you.

2. Open the Smart Tuition Account on your own.

Step Three: Once the account is open, submit your payment to your Smart Tuition Account via wire transfer. Please include your Smart ID# when making your wire to Smart Tuition. If directly enrolling, your Smart ID # will be on your Smart Tuition account. If we are opening the account for you, we will send the Smart ID # to you once the account is open.

Health & Immunization Forms

Upon registering at The Knox School, you will receive an email from our Magnus Health Portal. This email will contain a username and password, and will provide step-by-step instructions and deadlines for submitting your student's health records.

New York State law requires that all students must submit comprehensive health examinations and immunization records prior to arriving on campus.

Step One: Send the following information to The Knox School:

  1. Copy of your Passport
  2. Visa Information Form Visa Information Form
  3. Financial Affidavit / Bank Statement

Fall Athletic Pre-Season

Monday, August 28 to Friday, September 1, 2017

Prep Basketball
Varsity Boys and Girls Tennis

All fall-sport athletes at The Knox School will arrive one week prior to the start of classes to participate in our first pre-season camp.Teams will stay together in our dormitories and focus on preparing for the 2017 fall season. Each respective team will focus their training on building on/off field chemistry with their teammates and coaches while participating in a full practice schedule for the week. Day students are expected to stay in the dorm with their teammates.

Day and Five Day Boarding Student Registration from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

September 5, 2017:

Student Council Retreat and Training

September 6, 2017:

All Boarding and Day Student Arrival from 8:00 a.m.
All-School Registration at 3:00 p.m.
Afternoon Sports Practices

September 7 - 9, 2017:

All-School Orientation
Mandatory Sports Practices at 3:00 p.m.

September 8, 2017:

Red/White Team Choosing at 5:30 p.m.
Closed Weekend for Boarding Students

September 9, 2017:

Mandatory Sports Practice at 3:00 p.m.
School Dance from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

September 10, 2017:

All-School Outing

September 11, 2017:

First Day of Classes begins at 8:00 a.m.
Patriots Day Ceremony at 9:05 a.m.
